  • Operating authorities available as of Q3 2018-19 were $137.8 million, compared with $217.2 million as of Q3 2017-18. 
  • Capital authorities available as of Q3 2018-19 were $1.025 billion, compared with $576.3 million as of Q3 2017-18. 
  • Contribution (Voted and Statutory) authorities available as of Q3 2018-19 were $5.538 billion, compared with $6.355 billion as of Q3 2017-18.      
  • Contributions to the Employee Benefit Plan authorities available as of Q3 2018-19 were $7.8 million, compared with $6.3 million as of Q3 2017-18. 
  • The total of authorities available for use as of Q3 2018-19 were $6.708 billion, compared with $7.155 billion as of Q3 2017-18.

  • Total year-to-date budgetary expenditures were $2.968 billion as of Q3 2018-19, compared to $2.371 billion as of Q3 2017-18.
